Ribble Valley Farm Wedding

Victoria and Craig's Farm Wedding in Chipping

I live in the heart of the Ribble Valley which I am regularly reminded by friends is 'proper farmer country' and when I shot Vicky and Craig's wedding I realised just how much I blummin love it. Vicky is a farmers girl through and its so wonderful to see what an amazing farming community we have in this area.

Vicky got ready at the family farm which made for some fantastic bridal preparations; dress - check, rings - check, bridesmaids - check, sheep - check. Once the bride was ready I quickly shot down to Chipping to see the guys arrive at St Bartholomews Church in absolute style - a convoy of tractors. It was an amazing sight to see! Then just as I thought it couldn't get any better Vicky rocked up on the FRONT of a tractor with her Dad...made my day! Once we were in the church the family pooch walked the rings down the aisle and what a good job he did! The highlight of the church service was when Craig and Vicky knelt down to pray and some one had written HELP on the bottom of Craig's shoes....queue lots of laughing in church.

After the ceremony and a guard of honour from the Young Farmers we headed back up to the farm for some group shots and portraits with stunning views across the Ribble Valley. The wedding reception was held at Chipping Village Hall, which Victoria and her family had done a great job in dressing. It was such a fun day with so many special touches, and boy do the farming community know how to party!!!

Here are a few pictures from the day and thanks to all who were involved - list of suppliers at the end of the post.
